The Tiered Approach
Progressing in tumbling should be measured, intentional, and rewarding. That’s why we’ve developed a tiered structure where athletes advance only when they have mastered the necessary fundamentals. Here’s how it works:
Athlete Assessment – Each tumbler is placed in a tier appropriate for their current skill level.
Skill Development – Athletes work through drills and progressions designed to refine technique and build confidence.
Evaluation & Recognition – When an athlete is ready, they’ll be evaluated to move up to the next tier, earning badge stickers and certificates along the way to celebrate their achievements.
This system is designed to decrease injuries and prevent mental blocks while keeping athletes motivated through clear, structured goals.

From beginners learning cartwheels and handstands to advanced athletes perfecting back handsprings, tucks, and layouts, our experienced coaches ensure that every tumbler receives individualized attention and targeted feedback to help them progress efficiently and safely.
